Tasks to do:

• in cooperation with the management of the Holding develop and implement the regional strategy of the development.
• analyze the state at the market and industry segment.
• perform business planning for the projects; maintain contractual document flow; prepare planning and reporting documents for the projects; perform risk-management while implementing the project.
• do business  development, clients/partners capture.  
• process of the incoming requests in cooperation with the acting employees of the Holding, develop an offer, deal with the issues that come up with the customers and the partners.
• maintain the customer portfolio in CRM.
• support communication and develop the long term relations with the customers and partners.

Skills required:

• experience in active sales.
• experience in developing the processes in the team.
• negotiating skills, capability to listen to the customer, build the partnership.
• good computer skills
• Russian speaker
• results–oriented and development-oriented
• high level of self –management
